In good traffic, Big Sur is 2.5 hours south of San Jose Airport and 3.5 hours south of San Francisco Airport. It is 6 hours north of Los Angeles Airport.
Transportation will be provided from Big Sur hotels to the event location. Point 16 is 40 miles and 80 minutes from central Big Sur accommodations on a scenic highway that can be dangerous after dark. Please email the bride or groom if you want to arrange your own transportation. Unfortunately, this is not a kid friendly venue.

This is an outdoor wedding. We're crossing our fingers for a clear day, but we'll be outside whether there is rain or shine. Big Sur can be hot during the day and cold at night. Please check the weather forecast and plan ahead. Our wedding is not black tie, but we encourage men to wear a suit and ladies to wear dresses or slacks. Ladies, this isn't a heel friendly venue. Please wear flats or other shoes that can handle uneven ground. Bring a coat, shawl, or blanket.
